Med Tech - Memory Care (Part-Time, Weekend)

Grand Villa of Palm Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Weekend Med Tech to join our memory care team. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician’s orders and facility policies

- Monitor residents for any changes in health status and report findings to nursing staff

- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as needed

- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care

- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents with memory impairments

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification or equivalent required

- Prior experience working with memory care residents preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures

- Flexibility to work weekends and part-time hours
