Job Description

Scissor lifts

Boom lifts (RT & electric)

Material handling equipment

Excavators

Skid steers

Loaders

Telehandlers
-
Compaction equipment
-
Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical failures
-
Repair and maintain diesel and gas engines
-
Perform annual and routine ANSI/OSHA inspections
-
Complete preventative maintenance and rental-ready inspections
-
Rebuild hydraulic cylinders and replace hoses, pumps, and valves
-
Troubleshoot wiring, sensors, joysticks, and control systems
-
Use diesel diagnostic laptops and software platforms
-
Maintain accurate service documentation
-
Keep shop and yard clean and safe
-
5+ years heavy equipment repair experience
-
Proven experience servicing aerial platforms (JLG, Genie, Skyjack, etc.)
-
Strong hydraulic diagnostic skills
-
Advanced electrical troubleshooting ability (must read schematics)
-
Diesel engine knowledge (Tier 4 preferred)
-
Experience performing annual inspections preferred

Diesel diagnostic laptop experience required
-
Ability to work independently

Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)

OEM certifications or factory training

Experience with diagnostic software platforms

Rental equipment industry experience

Field service experience

Shop and yard setting

Outdoor exposure depending on season

Lifting up to 75 lbs

Occasional field service work

Fast-paced rental operation where equipment uptime is critical
