OUR IMPACT

 

The Manager, Cloud Services is a people and delivery leader responsible for driving high-quality execution and operational stability across assigned teams within the Digital Solutions organization. This role ensures team members are supported, continuously developing, and able to deliver effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

 

The role serves as the primary people manager and escalation point for assigned resources and is accountable for driving strong team performance, removing delivery blockers, and ensuring alignment with business and client expectations. The manager may oversee resources across QA, Support, Development, and other delivery functions depending on organizational needs.

 

This role requires a hands-on leadership approach, with active engagement in day-to-day delivery activities when needed, strong stakeholder coordination, and a focus on continuous improvement and team development.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

 

  • Lead and manage assigned team members to ensure clear accountability, performance, and delivery of responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and resource allocation across the team
  • Act as escalation point for delivery, production, and operational issues
  • Coordinate resolution of issues with Development, Product, Support, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure timely communication of risks, issues, and progress to leadership and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to support team development
  • Identify training and capability gaps and implement structured development plans
  • Drive operational stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the team
  • Maintain strong visibility of team performance, activities, and delivery health
  • Participate in cross-functional and client-facing discussions as needed
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software delivery, IT services, QA, support, or operations
  • 3+ years of experience in people management or delivery leadership roles
  • Experience managing technical or cross-functional teams in Agile environments
  • Strong background in operational delivery, incident management, or production support
  • Experience working with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Operations teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including client interaction
  • Ability to manage escalations and high-pressure delivery situations
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development capability
  • Sufficient technical depth to understand team activities, guide discussions, and support decision-making
  • Experience in enterprise, SaaS, or financial technology environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITSM practices, and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and ability to operate in dynamic environments
