Job Description
The Mammography Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to the breast imaging department to ensure efficient scheduling, patient registration, and front-desk operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and works closely with technologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and maintain accurate records. Promotes and adheres to the IRMC core values of ICARE (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) and G.R.E.A.T. (greet/respond/explain/ask/thank) customer standards.
