As Director of Facilities, you’ll lead the teams and operations that power the entire campus experience, ensuring every building, system, and environment supports exceptional patient care.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in complex environments, understands the importance of operational excellence, and can inspire teams to deliver reliable, high-quality facility services every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all facility operations including maintenance, repair, renovation, and campus grounds.
- Direct teams responsible for the physical plant and infrastructure across all hospital buildings and facilities.
- Plan, organize, and monitor departmental operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to align facility operations with organizational goals and long-term strategic plans.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, Life Safety requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage building systems, preventative maintenance programs, and operational improvements.
- Partner with union trades and contractors to support construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and monitor budgets, operational metrics, and departmental performance goals.
- Lead with a focus on teamwork, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with all major skilled trade disciplines.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement effective facility solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer and reporting skills.
- Must meet Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance requirements if driving is required for the role.
Preferred Qualifications
