자격 요건:

• 인테리어 디자인, 건축 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

• 중·대형 규모의 상업 인테리어 프로젝트에서 디자이너, 프로젝트 매니저 또는 매니저로서 15년 이상의 경력(업무 공간 인테리어 중심)

• AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word 및 프레젠테이션 툴 활용 능력

• 문제 해결 중심의 사고방식과 압박 상황에서도 업무를 수행할 수 있는 역량

• 업무 공간 인테리어를 중심으로 한 다양한 성공적인 상업 프로젝트를 보여주는 포트폴리오

• 영어로의 우수한 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력 필수

• 한국어와 영어 능통 필수

• 프로젝트 딜리버리 매뉴얼에 따라 정확성, 누락 여부, 가독성 및 문서 기준 준수 여부를 검토할 수 있는 능력

Senior Space Planner / Interior Design Director (Manager)

About the Role:

We are looking for Design Leaders with 15+ years who are experienced in leading all aspects of the Design process from ideation to implementation guiding clients to innovative and successful outcomes. Leaders who will work closely with the design team and clients, supporting a design team in Korea. You will collaborate with our Korea and APAC design team members to deliver exceptional workplace solutions from initial test-fit, space planning and design that meet both practical and creative objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive space planning strategies with strong knowledge of space planning principles, ergonomics, and workplace strategy.

• Propose innovative solutions for optimizing space utilization and improving workplace efficiency.

• Review Design team’s developed concept/ story/ 3D visuals and lead to finalize and communicate design ideas.

• Review proposed appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes by the design team and approve before final submission.

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.

• Develop good relationships with Clients and other departments within JLL.

• Possesses strong presentation skills in both Korean and English, and as a design team leader, is responsible for leading and managing client communications.

• Knowledge of profit in design process, delivery and resource management.

• Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer communication and relationship management skills throughout the entire project lifecycle, identifying customer needs, managing expectations, and maintaining strong partnerships.

• Ability to achieve all major milestones on time and within budget through seamless project execution from planning to completion, while maintaining the highest quality standards

• Excellent stakeholder management skills enabling effective collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams at every stage of the project

• Ability to maintain a proactive communication system to share regular project updates, promptly address concerns, and efficiently manage change requests

• Leads communication with the regional design teams and ensures that the local design team operates in accordance with regional design governance and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 15+ years of experience in medium to large scale commercial interior design projects as a designer, or project manager, or manager with a focus on workplace interiors.

• Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Excel, Word and Presentation.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

• Portfolio demonstrating a range of successful commercial projects with a focus on workplace interiors.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

• Fluent in both Korean and English.

• Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.

• Demonstrates strong and effective communication and direction which inspires high team performance and design ideas.
