Sales Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities

Park, move, and organize vehicles on the sales lot and showroom safely and efficiently

Ensure vehicles are clean, properly staged, and sales‑ready at all times

Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to maintain professional presentation

Install and remove window stickers, dealer plates, and promotional materials

Perform visual inspections and report vehicle damage or issues promptly

Retrieve vehicles for customer test drives and deliveries

Maintain lot organization, cleanliness, and overall safety

Assist with vehicle inventory counts, dealership events, and lot re‑sets

Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle handling standards

Sales Lot Attendant Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to professionalism

Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude

Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
