Job Description

Who We Are:

At Brooks, we believe movement is the key to feeling more alive. That’s why we’re driven to create gear and experiences that take people to the place that makes them feel more alive — whether it’s a headspace, a feeling, or a finish line.

Everyone who works at Brooks is propelled by a company culture that sparks excitement, fuels collaboration, inspires creativity, and ignites innovation.

Our brand values help bond us together and drive our success:

  • Runner First
    • We act in the best interest of the runner
  • Word is Bond
    • We do what we say we’ll do
  • Champion Heart
    • We give our all in everything we do
  • There is no “I” in Run
    • We stay generous with our humanity
  • Keep Moving
    • We find ways to move every day, because joy is kinetic!

We welcome everyone from every walk of life looking to inspire others through the power of movement - because we’re all moving towards something. Let’s run there.

Your Job:

Creative Content Production is part of the Brooks Creative Lab. We are responsible for executing global and regional video and audio production. We work closely with our Creative Lab and Marketing partners to develop campaigns, social media content, photography for eCommerce and Retail, and so much more.

As the Senior Creative Operations Specialist at Brooks, you will support the Creative Content Production team in delivering high-quality work on time and on budget by managing operational tasks, executing and supporting workflows, and providing day-to-day support to producers and cross-functional partners. You will build your knowledge of the production team’s systems and operations by working on key tools, workflows, and reporting while providing operational support that enables efficient production execution and broader Creative Operations initiatives. You will help create consistency and visibility across production workstreams by executing defined processes, tracking key information, and identifying routine opportunities for improvement in collaboration with senior operations and production leaders. You will connect day-to-day production needs with long-term process development by supporting process improvements and operational alignment – bringing structure, visibility, and consistency to how projects move from intake to delivery. You will serve as a bridge between the Creative Content Production team and broader Creative Operations.
