The Territory Account Manager II is responsible for promoting company product or services and achieving quota. Has a higher quota, more complex account base that he/she manages in a specific territory. Leads the business planning, manages account activity to expand wallet share and has a clear understanding of how to move through the business cycle effectively. Builds strategic rather than transactional relationships and executes the commercial process within the partner ecosystem. Works independently and looks to the manager to help in coaching to strengthen position in an account, leverage for higher level meetings, and provides insight into new accounts that should be penetrated. Provides guidance to others at times.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on Data centers, Onshore, Oil & Gas, Energy renewable, Power Plant and Mega projects in EPC and industrial construction markets in Thailand.
  • Extensive business networking and positive business relevant and community with MNC and/or Thailand Major EPC companies
  • Direct engagement on key existing accounts or continuously identify prospective customers and markets
  • Understand buying procedure and process for electrical and bulk items within relevant divisions of EPCs and related contractors
  • Understand customers’ top of mind issues, identify needs/opportunities, identify key decision makers, influencers, users and technical buyers
  • Gain specification position for Panduit Industrial Electrical Infrastructure products via a consultative approach and strategic selling.
  • Manage and work closely with relevant channel partners and Panduit operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery and superior pre- and post-sales customer support
  • While providing quality service relationships for existing accounts, continuously solicit for new opportunities in these existing accounts

Requirements:

  • Preferably sales reps from the Electrical/Instrumentation industry dealing with Bulk Materials
  • 2 to 3 years relevant and proven sales experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial Construction / Automation environment with MNC and/or Thailand major EPC companies
  • Good sales track record with electrical knowledge background.
  • Must be sales driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good internal and external communications & organizational skills.
