Title: Program Manager, Talent BUSINESS: Corporate LOCATION: Thane, India DIRECT REPORTING: Sr. Director of Talent Management & Engagement CIRCOR is seeking a dynamic Program Manager, Talent to work on critical initiatives that shape our culture, drive employee engagement, and strengthen talent management practices across the organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Management and Engagement, this role is responsible for managing projects and processes that enable execution of engagement surveys, learning and talent programs, and system optimization, primarily within SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate is a collaborative HR professional with deep expertise in engagement strategy, learning and development performance management, and HR technology platforms.
