Internal Audit Specialist, Global Risk Oversight

Vertiv is seeking a highly motivated and experienced audit professional to join its Global Risk Oversight (GRO) function. This role is responsible for executing audit procedures, supervising junior staff, and supporting Vertiv’s SOX program and broader audit activities. The position also provides consultative support to strengthen risk mitigation practices, enhance internal control awareness, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The role is based in Columbus, Ohio and reports to the Head of GRO.
