PlainsCapital Bank is currently looking to hire a Loan Review Analyst. The Loan Review Analyst is responsible for conducting independent, in-depth evaluations of the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio to assess credit quality, risk rating accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role contributes to the continuous enhancement of loan review methodologies and collaborates cross-functionally with credit, lending, and risk management teams to support sound credit decision-making and portfolio management. This role requires a strong foundation in financial and/or credit analysis and commercial lending, along with the ability to identify emerging risks and trends across various industries and loan types.
