Prosthetist & Orthotist (ABC)

The Prosthetist and Orthotist (ABC) provides direct and indirect orthotics care for patients. The Prosthetist & Orthotist assists physicians with prescription criteria, attends clinic and provides in-services for the clinic staff as specified by the Director of O&P. The practitioner also fabricates devices and directs the technicians in the fabrication of prosthetics and orthotics devices, assuring an organized and orderly work flow with reasonable delivery dates of devices to patients.
