Subcontract Program Manager
<b>To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: </b><br><br>• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience) from an accredited institution.<br>• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including ≥ 5 years in Supply Chain Management (procurement, subcontract administration, negotiation, proposal or category management).<br>• Proven expertise with FAR/DFARS and subcontracting/pricing practices.<br>• Hands on experience managing subcontract cost, quality, schedule, and technical performance.<br>• Prior leadership or team lead roles with a track record of building talent and fostering high performing teams.<br>• Strong supplier relationship development skills.<br>• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, thriving in metric driven environments.<br>• Familiarity with material cost forecasting and Cost Account Management.<br>• You will need to be a US Citizen, in order to meet eligibility requirements for this government program.Posted 1 weeks ago
