The WHS Data team is hiring a Business Analyst (BA). The Data team is responsible for providing all reporting solutions required by the WHS Organization to drive workplace safety and regulatory compliance worldwide. This BA role will primarily support the data and reporting needs for the Safety Performance Insights (SPI) BI team in the WHS Organization. The role requires BA to identify the metrics and the dimensions that provide deep insights into program performance and also partner closely with the business to define the scope and the roadmap for the analysis, with an eye on both short term asks and long terms needs from a BI standpoint. This role requires to partner closely with Data Engineering teams to design the required data assets and where needed to partner with other business teams to study the cross-effects of safety programs on other business areas and processes.

- Experience with SQL or ETL
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- 1+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
- 1+ years of data analysis work and leveraging analytics to make decisions experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience using very large datasets
