What You Can Expect
In this role, you will join a global sourcing team and take on a highly analytical and impactful position. You will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making within logistics sourcing, contributing to optimization initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and cost improvements.
How You'll Create Impact
- Support Category Leaders in the preparation and execution of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for transportation, customs brokerage, and warehousing services
- Coordinate with freight audit & payment providers and transportation partners to ensure accurate invoice processing, timely dispute resolution, and identification of savings
- Assist Finance teams with accrual calculations and reporting related to freight and duties payments
- Develop reports and analyses to evaluate the financial impact of sourcing projects and initiatives
- Build and automate data analyses using available data sources to support strategic decision-making
- Actively contribute to sourcing projects, savings initiatives, and operational activities within the global logistics category

Your Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field
- Approximately 4–6 years of professional experience in an analytical or project-driven role, ideally within sourcing or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and ideally process automation
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is an advantage
- Experience with AI-driven procurement platforms (e.g., Keelvar) is a plus
