How you'll make an impact Manages and optimizes marketing automation systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in marketing campaigns. Their key responsibilities typically include: Overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of marketing automation platforms; Designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement workflows; Analyzing campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. This includes tracking key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates; Conducting A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and optimize campaign elements. Ensures all marketing automation activities comply with legal regulations. Works to add technical value within sub-function which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the function. Works to achieve operational targets within sub-function with direct impact on department results. Works independently on larger, moderately complex/technical function projects/ assignments. Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments. May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations. May require the following proficiencies: Working independently with general supervision. Facing function related problems that are difficult but typically not complex. Potentially influencing others within the function through explanation of facts, policies and practices. About you Required: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
