Key points

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent contract
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (with flexible start/finish times between 8 am–10 am and 5 pm–7 pm).

Hybrid pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home. 
Hours: 40 hours per week. 

Overview

At Zaha Hadid Architects, we are seeking a Programme Assistant to join our London team on a permanent contract. The purpose of the role is to help coordinate and organise internal and external events including building tours, networking events, internal team events, gallery events, and external engagements for ZHA staff.

Main responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Programme Coordinator with company-wide programme planning
  • Support internal communications, including compiling internal newsletters and updating the office wide landing page
  • Help coordinate regular industry events, including but not limited to company participation in New London Architecture, London Festival of Architecture, and Clerkenwell Design Week
  • Manage logistics for events, including venue research, vendor coordination, catering arrangements, and equipment setup
  • Support coordination and hosting of internal and office-wide events, including organising staff attendance to award ceremonies
  • Assist with the management of invitation lists, RSVPs, and supplier lists
  • Contribute to the coordination of our CSR initiatives and opportunities
  • Assist with budget tracking and processing event invoices 

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in events coordination
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel 
Advantageous:
  • Knowledge of the architecture industry, and contemporary culture within art, design and architecture
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
