Now hiring Make-Ready Technicians!     The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to: Caulking Drywall repair Touch up painting Test all locks and key sets Assist in inspection of property Maintaining exterior lighting Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal, etc. Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary Pool maintenance Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies. Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/Hr Up to 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave Hours & Schedule Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm Paid rotating on-call participation required Must be available and prepared for emergency events *Schedule subject to change based on business needs What we’ll expect from you: Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Live within a 30-minute commute of the property.  HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred. One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience. #4402
