Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our commercial cleaning team in Northeast Grand Rapids. This part-time position offers a consistent schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth with a company that values hard work and dependability.

No previous cleaning experience is required. We provide all necessary training and support to help you succeed.

Position Details

Location: Northeast Grand Rapids, MI

Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week

Schedule:

• Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM

• Friday: 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM

• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients by performing the following duties:

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and common areas

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors

• Empty trash and recycling containers

• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies

• Dust surfaces and clean glass, doors, and high-touch areas

• Follow cleaning procedures and quality standards

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently

• Follow facility security and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to work scheduled evening and overnight shifts

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
