Team Overview

The Global Client Solutions Group (KCS) is KKR's dedicated investor solutions team. KCS was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR's relationships with current and potential investors. Today, KCS consists of over 300 executives located in over 20 offices across four continents. The KCS platform is primarily organized around two specialized focus areas: Sales/Relationship Management and Product/Strategy Management. KCS seeks to "connect the dots" across all businesses at KKR, from our Private Equity investing teams to Infrastructure, Real Estate, Credit, Capital Markets and Insurance-Funded Strategies, to deliver all of KKR's intellectual capital and solutions to our investing partners. The group's long-term objective is to diversify KKR's client base to include new investors, across all regions and institution types, and to raise capital for the Firm's expanding product platform through developing, structuring and maintaining collaborative partnerships with our investors.

Position Overview

The Global Client Solutions team is seeking an intern to support the Nordics region, reporting to the Head of KCS Nordics in Stockholm, Sweden. This role offers exposure to a leading global investment firm managing multiple alternative asset classes, with a focus on marketing KKR-sponsored funds, vehicles, and separate accounts to institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Servicing

  • Provide ongoing support for ad-hoc client requests, maintaining high servicing standards
  • Coordinate and prepare sales materials, product pitches, and client meeting presentations under the direction of the Nordics coverage lead
  • Assist in preparing responses to client data requests and RFPs, including portfolio statistics and marketing materials

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with product teams, client services, RFP teams, and institutional sales members globally
  • Maintain Nordics budget and pipeline information; deliver weekly internal status updates on clients and prospects
  • Support the broader sales team with ad-hoc requests from other regions and coordinate with sales support teams on pipeline reporting

Learning & Development

  • Gain deep knowledge of KKR's platform, products, and investment strategies across asset classes
  • Assist in coordinating external marketing events
  • Remain flexible and contribute to evolving team initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 1–2 previous internships in the financial industry with relevant experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or relevant industries.

Critical Competencies

  • Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English required (additional Nordic languages are a plus)
  • Academic Excellence: Strong credentials and demonstrated achievement
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; polished and professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, highly organized, strong multi-tasking ability, and commitment to excellence
  • Team Collaboration: Proven team player with ability to foster strong working relationships across a global team
  • Proactivity: Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills and cultural awareness for operating in a regional role
  • Industry Interest: Keen interest in global financial markets and alternative investments

  • Available to intern for a minimum of 3-6 months (start July 2026)
