Concierge Home Care is hiring a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Sebring territory.

Your Role as a Behavioral Health RN
- Provide skilled nursing care with a mix of focused visits on mental and behavioral health
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Support patients in maintaining safety and independence at home
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor emotional and physical status and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate updates on patient condition to the care team
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
- Deliver care under a physician-established and reviewed Plan of Care (POC)

Qualifications
Required
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Behavioral Health / Psychiatric RN Criteria (Medicare-Compliant)
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet ONE of the following:
- Master’s Degree (Psych/Mental Health Nursing)
- Licensed RN with a Master’s specialization in psychiatric/mental health nursing
- Recent experience (within ~3 years preferred) in:
- Psychiatric hospital
- Psychiatric home health
- Partial hospitalization program (PHP)
- Outpatient psychiatric setting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensed RN with at least 1 year of recent psychiatric nursing experience (within ~3 years preferred) in:
- Acute psychiatric care
- Psychiatric home care
- PHP or outpatient psych services
- Licensed RN with at least 1 year of recent psychiatric nursing experience (within ~3 years preferred) in:
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Licensed RN with at least 2 years of recent psychiatric nursing experience (within ~3 years preferred) in:
- Acute psychiatric care
- Psychiatric home care
- PHP or outpatient psych services
- Licensed RN with at least 2 years of recent psychiatric nursing experience (within ~3 years preferred) in:
Additional Preferred Experience
- Medical/Surgical nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with geriatric behavioral health patients
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
Clinical Compliance & Scope
- Services are provided under a physician-established and reviewed Plan of Care (POC)
- Role supports delivery of psychiatric evaluation and nursing interventions for home health patients
- Must meet qualifications aligned with Medicare home health psychiatric nursing guidelines
