• Automation testers – with TOSCA experience is a must.
• Tools used for Defect Tracking and fair understanding of same
• Understand of O2C and Business process
• Should be good at working collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication and documentation skills
