Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including power distribution, motors, controls, VFDs and PLCs. Plan layouts of electrical systems. Read blueprints. Install new electrical equipment and wiring as per NEC and State of Oregon electrical codes. Install rigid electrical conduit and pulling wire through conduit. Use electrical testing equipment such as oscilloscope, meters, and meggers. Utilize CMMS to track and complete work orders. Support other maintenance functions following plant and region policies. Work in a safe manner by complying with all company safety policies to include the utilization of required PPE. Maintain a high degree of quality in performance and methods with regards to efficiency and safety. Perform other duties as assigned.
