As a Plan Management Analyst/Associate within our Client Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts. You will work closely with various teams across our operational and IT departments, playing a key role in innovating team processes. You will have the flexibility to manage your workload in a dynamic environment and the chance to collaborate with diverse teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of Companies administering employee share plans within a team framework

Interact with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program.

Execute the timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving.

Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client companies’ program
