Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking a professional Warehouse Clerk to work in our warehouses and distribution centers. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will work closely with warehouse and shipping managers, assisting with OEM customers orders, and arranging shipments from freight forwards as well as document processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 倉儲/物流相關 ISO 管理體系之推動、WIP/SOP修訂與維護，WH內外部稽核作業（含稽核應對、改善追蹤）。
2. WH相關 PR開立、追蹤與結案作業，確保物資/設備申請流程合規且時程符合需求。
3. 倉庫作業相關設備校驗規劃、執行與紀錄維護，以確保符合ISO規範。
4. 倉庫定期點檢作業（包含設備、安全、環境、流程等），確保符合內控與稽核要求。
5. 各項文件與紀錄維護（ISO文件/校驗報告/點檢表/PR紀錄），確保文件完整可追溯。
Qualifications:
1.教育程度：大學以上學歷（物流管理、工業工程、企業管理、品質管理相關科系佳）
2.工作經驗：5年以上倉儲／物流／製造業相關經驗，具備相關ISO相關經驗。
3.專業能力：基本電腦操作能力，能夠熟練使用OFFICE文書軟體。
4.關注細節與正確性；文件編修與流程管理能力。
5.語言能力：中文－良好聽說讀寫能力；
英文－聽說：基本程度／讀寫：一般程度（可閱讀ISO文件、SOP、校驗報告等）。
6.人際交往能力：需具備良好的人際交往能力，以有效地與同事、客戶及稽核單位溝通協作。
7.責任感：需具備高度責任感，以遵守公司政策與程序，確保工作準確性與效率。
8.具備公平、道德與誠信。
