Position Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Delivery Manager, IT PMO, to lead execution across a portfolio of IT initiatives while directly managing a team of Project Managers and owning a critical client-facing integration program (ITSM Integration / RSI Connect). This position reports directly to the Director of IT Project Management and offers the flexibility to work remotely from a home office located within the US.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving delivery discipline, execution rigor, and program outcomes across a complex, multi-platform IT environment. The role operates as a working leader—responsible for leading teams, enforcing delivery standards, and stepping in to directly manage key initiatives when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership & PM Team Management
- Lead, coach, manage, and develop a team of ~6 Project Managers
- Establish and enforce delivery standards, cadence, and governance across initiatives
- Own overall delivery health, including status reporting, risk management, and escalation handling
- Drive consistency in project execution, communication, and outcomes
Program Ownership – ITSM Integration (RSI Connect)
- Own end-to-end delivery of the client-facing ITSM Integration program (RSI Connect)
- Function as the single point of accountability for program execution, timelines, financials, and outcomes
- Manage dependencies, risks, and sequencing to ensure minimal business disruption and strong client experience
- Partner with business stakeholders and leadership to align priorities, scope, expectations, and delivery outcomes
Hands-On Delivery Leadership
- Function as a working delivery leader, stepping in to manage high-impact or at-risk initiatives
- Lead complex programs to drive stabilization, alignment, and execution momentum
- Ensure strong execution across:
- Milestones and deliverables
- Sprint planning and backlog alignment
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Cross-functional coordination
- Change management
Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key delivery metrics (e.g., predictability, on-time delivery, risk trends)
- Identify delivery issues and implement improvements to increase consistency and reliability
- Contribute to ongoing evolution of PMO standards, tools, and delivery practices
Required Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with increasing leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing teams of Project Managers in a PMO or delivery organization
- Strong experience delivering programs leveraging ServiceNow (required)
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-platform IT programs, including CRM, ITSM, and integrations
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with the ability to apply the right methodology based on program type and complexity
- Experience with client-facing integration programs or platforms
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex enterprise environments
- Experience with PPM tools, delivery metrics, and capacity planning concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The general salary range for this type of role is 117k - 147k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
