Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Executive (Beauty & Lifestyle)


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Public Relations and/or Influencer Marketing.
  • Previous experience working with Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Fashion, Lifestyle, Luxury, or Consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, influencer ecosystem, and digital trends.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, talent managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Public Relations and Influencer Marketing strategies for Beauty & Lifestyle clients.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with media outlets, influencers, content creators, and talent representatives.
  • Develop communication materials such as press releases, media alerts, pitches, briefs, talking points, and reports.
  • Identify media and influencer opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach and negotiation through content approval and campaign closure.
  • Manage product seeding, gifting initiatives, media mailers, and event invitations.
  • Support the organization and execution of product launches, press days, brand events, and influencer experiences.
  • Monitor media coverage and influencer content, generating reports and actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and identify communication opportunities.
  • Maintain updated media, influencer, and stakeholder databases.
  • Follow up on client requests, pending tasks, and campaign deliverables to ensure timely execution.
