The Role
We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner - Sales to partner closely with our Endeavour sales team. You’ll act as a trusted advisor - combining commercial insight, financial guidance and strategic thinking to help drive performance and unlock opportunities.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys business partnering, influencing decision making and bringing the story behind the numbers to life.
- Collaborate with Customer Directors, National Account Managers and Key Account Managers to support commercial performance and strategic decision making
- Deliver insights through forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and monthly performance reviews
- Influence outcomes by identifying risks and opportunities and providing clear, value-adding recommendations
- Support joint business planning processes, customer negotiations and trading terms analysis
- Drive alignment across forecasts, plans and messaging to support delivery against targets
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and commercial outcomes, while supporting continuous improvement in the way we work
About You
As well as a background in Finance Business Partnering, you will -
- Build trusted relationships and identify new opportunities as a true business partner
- Bring commercial acumen to translate financial data into meaningful insights for our teams
- Collaborate with our Sales teams to understand the business and contribute ideas that drive outcomes
- Communicate confidently across finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Navigate ambiguity and balance operational delivery with strategic thinking
