Accounting intern

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Financial Operations: Support the team with day-to-day accounting functions, including treasury activities, invoice processing, and debit/credit management.

• Process Optimization & Analysis: Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes (actuals, forecasting, and budgeting) to support timely and insightful business analysis.

• Internal Controls & Compliance: Perform compliance blocklist screening to uphold and execute key internal control points.

• Document Management: Manage the accurate organization, filing, and archiving of critical financial documents and records.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with team members across Finance and other cross-functional departments.

• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the broader Finance team with various projects, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
