
Food and Nutrition Lead Tech Full Time, 1st Shift
Job Description
6:30AM-3:00PM Tuesday- Four weekdays and every other weekend. Supervises all functions of cold food production for The Veranda Cafe, MainStreet Market. Supports Room Service Line one weekend per month. Ensures work performed is completed as professionally, accurately and timely as possibly. Upholds and enforces excellent production standards at all times. Performs other duties as assigned These responsibilities contribute to meeting the nutrition, safety and specific needs of customers served. Provides training and mentors team members assigned to working in the cold food prep area. Takes the lead in the absence of supervision. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
