About the role
We’re seeking an enterprise seller to support Aerospace & Defense commercial customers operating in highly regulated environments. As an A&D Enterprise Account Executive at interos.ai, you will sell our platform to defense primes and aerospace manufacturers focused on supplier risk, compliance, and operational resilience.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to generate enterprise pipeline, close strategic multi‑year deals, and expand high‑value customer relationships. In your first year, a successful AE builds strong executive relationships, advances large‑scale opportunities, and establishes interos.ai as a trusted advisor across supply chain, security, and risk leadership.
This is a commercial enterprise SaaS role requiring comfort with long sales cycles, complex buying groups, and significant deal sizes.

Work Environment, Location, and Travel:
This role can be remote-first within the United States, with optional access to our Arlington, VA HQ. Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $82,000- 160,000USD (depending on experience and location)
Variable Compensation: Commission plan
Equity: Stock options included as part of total compensation package
We believe in rewarding great work with competitive, transparent compensation. Final offer will be based on skills, experience, and geographic location.

What You'll Do
- Own full‑cycle enterprise sales motions with aerospace and defense commercial organizations
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across assigned A&D accounts
- Establish and expand executive relationships across supply chain, procurement, risk, and security
- Lead value‑based discovery and proof‑of‑value sales motions
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Partner with channel and integrator organizations to accelerate deal velocity
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and account planning
What you bring
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling into Aerospace & Defense or highly regulated industries
- Track record of closing seven‑figure enterprise deals
- Experience selling complex platforms tied to risk, compliance, cyber, or operations
- Strong executive communication and account strategy skills
