Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Joe's Burger. The Supervisor will assist with the day-to-day operation of the stand, provide excellent customer service, support team members, and help ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support team members during daily operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Assist with opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Monitor food quality and ensure food safety standards are followed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate inventory levels
  • Train and assist employees as needed
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Previous food service, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Ability to work well with a team and lead by example
  • Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedules
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or TABC Certification

Compensation:
Starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience and qualifications.
