Management Accountant – JD Gyms We are looking for a qualified/part qualified Management Accountant to join the JD Gyms Finance team. This is a key role responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance, and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Produce monthly management accounts, P&L reports, and variance analysis. Reconcile membership income to cash receipts. Analyse key cost areas and provide insight to support decision making. Work closely with budget holders to review performance and challenge spend. Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecast cycles. Prepare VAT returns and ensure strong financial controls. Deliver timely and accurate Group reporting packs. Drive process improvements and support wider finance initiatives. Assist with audits, projects, and team support where required. About You: Fully/part qualified (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) Proven experience in management accounting. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Confident business partner with excellent communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Advanced Excel skills; Oracle/TM1 experience beneficial.
