Crew members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience on behalf of Cinnabon, by prepping, making and serving their products in appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

Cinnabon – Crew – Orlando International Premium Outlets

- $15.00/hour + tips (tips average $2-3/hour)

CREW
Crew members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience on behalf of Cinnabon, by prepping, making and serving their products in appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.
- Responsible for the prepping, baking and serving Cinnabon’s as well as other products.
- Responsible for greeting guests and taking orders in a friendly and accurately/efficient manner.
- Answering any questions about the products being served.
- Handling transactions appropriately.
- Responsible for a clean and safe workplace.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain stock and inventory.
- Crew age requirement: 16
