SAP PPQM Consultant

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 6-9 years of relevant experience in Production Planning and Quality Management. The successful candidate will work independently across onshore and offshore environments, supporting implementation, rollout, and support projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Production Planning & Execution:**

• Design and implement Production Planning solutions for repetitive and discrete manufacturing environments
• Manage Master Data including variant configuration and change management processes
• Support MRP, forecasting, and demand planning activities
• Oversee production execution and shopfloor controlling operations
• Analyse and optimize manufacturing processes based on client business requirements

**Quality Management:**

• Develop and implement Quality Planning and Quality Inspection processes
• Manage Quality Improvement initiatives and Quality Notification workflows
• Handle Nonconformance Management and quality-related issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with quality standards across manufacturing operations

**SAP Integration & Technical:**

• Configure and manage IDOC interfaces and LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
• Integrate SAP QM, MM (Materials Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), CO (Controlling), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules
• Support system implementations and provide functional expertise across integrated modules

**Functional Expertise:**

• Leverage strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes across various industries
• Provide guidance on best practices in Production Planning, Production Execution, and quality management
• Work collaboratively with clients to understand and translate business requirements into SAP solutions

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud solutions
• SAP certification in PP/QM modules
• Proven track record in successful SAP implementations
