Assistant General Counsel

- As Assistant General Counsel, you will play a key leadership role in the Legal Department, providing legal advice, guidance, and counsel to the organization on client and vendor contracts, legal disputes and litigation matters, real estate transactions, M&A transactions, corporate governance matters and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as mentoring to other legal department members. Your expertise will be essential in protecting the company's interests while simultaneously minimizing legal risk.
