About the Role:
The Senior Video Production Manager leads the creation of compelling video content that showcases our products, customers, and brand. This role is responsible for the full video production process, from planning and filming to editing and final delivery, supporting both digital campaigns and live event experiences. A significant portion of the role involves capturing and documenting live events and creating customer success story videos that highlight real-world impact and outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the field and in studio environments, managing lighting, audio, and camera work while delivering polished edits under extremely tight timelines. We are looking for a hands-on video professional with strong storytelling instincts and the technical expertise to produce a wide range of high-quality video deliverables for marketing, events, and corporate communications.
What You'll Do:
Visual storytelling and able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging video content.
Perform the full video production lifecycle from concept and filming through editing and final delivery.
Responsible for operating the camera; lighting, and professional audio capture in both studio and live event environments.
Able to video edit with attention to pacing, sound design, color, and visual polish.
Capturing customer interviews and success stories in an authentic, on-brand way.
Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines, including producing next-day event recap videos.
Highly professional with the confidence and communication skills to work directly with senior executives and high-level customers during interviews and live productions.
Manage multiple video projects.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, creative, and event teams to identify video opportunities that support campaigns, brand storytelling, and business goals.
Lead video production across key initiatives including live events, website content, customer testimonials, and marketing campaigns.
Manage video production equipment, external resources, and budgets to deliver high production value while optimizing costs.
Track and analyze video performance metrics to improve future content and inform video strategy.
Oversee and manage Kyriba’s YouTube channel, ensuring content is organized, optimized, and aligned with current video trends.
Maintain a high standard for production quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
Stay current with emerging video technologies and AI-enabled production tools to improve efficiency and creative output.
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of professional video production experience within an agency, studio, media company, or in-house brand/marketing team
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience leveraging AI-powered video tools (Runway, Pika, Stable Video, ElevenLabs or similar) to enhance production workflows.
Ability to apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and production quality.
Strategic mindset with the ability to incorporate data insights and emerging video trends into content decisions
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video storytelling and production craft.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.
For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is £70,800.00 - £89,550.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive.
