Job Description:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative processes, providing support to employees and visitors, and contributing to a positive workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and deliveries.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and internal events.
  • Support travel arrangements and expense administration when required.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with invoice processing and coordination with Finance.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and external partners.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
