The team ensures seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful, brand-aligned messaging across all channels, driving audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Overview Business Purpose & Value Contribution The Communication Director defines and leads Graitec’s global communication and brand strategy to strengthen positioning, visibility, and credibility across markets. This role ensures Graitec communicates with one strong, consistent voice across all solutions, initiatives, and regions. It owns brand governance, PR strategy, corporate visibility, and communication frameworks, while working in close collaboration with the Content/Storytelling team and Product teams to translate strategy into clear, high-impact narratives and communication assets. The Communication Director oversees the communication strategy and brand alignment across Graitec’s main corporate visibility platforms, including: · The Graitec corporate website · The Graitec Group LinkedIn page · The Graitec Group YouTube channel The role plays a central part in positioning Graitec as a recognized leader in the AECO industry by elevating key strategic programs such as Innovation, Sustainability, Industry Engagement, and major corporate milestones such as the 40 Years of Graitec celebration. The Communication Director also develops and maintains strong external partnerships (e.g., Women in BIM, Global Award for Sustainable Architecture, key associations) to reinforce Graitec’s authority and market presence, and owns Graitec’s corporate positioning in major global events such as Autodesk University. Key Outcome Expected A Strong, Consistent and Differentiated Graitec Brand · Ensure brand harmonization across all regions, solutions, and channels · Act as the guardian of brand integrity, tone, and positioning · Define and maintain brand standards used across the organization · Support regional and growth teams in maintaining a consistent brand presence · Manage trademarks Success looks like: Graitec is perceived as a consistent, differentiated and recognizable brand across all markets. Strong PR Strategy Driving Visibility and Credibility · Define and lead Graitec’s PR strategy (earned media, press narratives, media relationships) · Structure external communication around major announcements: o Innovation o Partnerships o Strategic initiatives o Corporate milestones (ex: 40 years of Graitec) · Coordinate PR priorities with the Content/Storytelling and HR team (messaging, narratives, proof points) Success looks like: Graitec gains sustained visibility in relevant industry media, with clear narratives that strengthen credibility and brand authority. Graitec Recognized as a Leader in the AECO Industry · Strengthen Graitec’s authority through industry leadership and visibility initiatives · Develop and maintain strong strategic partnerships: o Industry associations o Women in BIM o Global Award for Sustainable Architecture o Key ecosystem players · Support executive positioning and thought leadership presence Success looks like: Graitec is increasingly seen as a credible, influential, and trusted industry leader. Innovation Positioned as a Clear Competitive Advantage · Lead the communication strategy around innovation programs (ex Graitec Lab, AI, R&D initiatives). · Ensure innovation is visible, understandable, and differentiated in the market. · Work closely with the Content/Storytelling and field team to translate innovation into strong narratives and proof points Success looks like: Innovation becomes a visible and recognized differentiator in Graitec’s market positioning. Sustainability Positioned as a Strategic Value · Define the global communication strategy aligned with business priorities. · Ensure consistent messaging across corporate initiatives, programs, and campaigns. · Work in close collaboration with the Content/Storytelling team to structure and deploy narratives Success looks like: Graitec communicates with clarity, coherence, and strong positioning across all environments. High-Level Communication Frameworks (in Collaboration with Content Team) · Define communication frameworks, and strategic messaging. · Collaborate closely with the Content/Storytelling team on the development of: o Corporate narratives o Executive communication materials o Strategic announcements o Innovation and industry storytelling. Corporate Visibility Channels Strategically Managed · Own the communication strategy, positioning, and brand alignment across Graitec’s main corporate platforms: o Corporate website (messaging, structure, positioning consistency) o Graitec Group LinkedIn page (corporate voice & positioning & posting) o Graitec Group YouTube channel (corporate visibility & thought leadership) · Work in close collaboration with: o Growth/Digital team (execution) o Content team (content development) Success looks like: Graitec’s main corporate channels consistently reflect strong positioning, innovation leadership, and brand clarity.
