The Role and Impact As a Partner Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Intel's presence and success within the partner ecosystem. You will manage and grow relationships with key external partners, including distributors, resellers, ISVs, SIs, and solution aggregators, driving the adoption of Intel's products and services. Your efforts will directly influence Intel's business growth by expanding the reach of the Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) program and fostering impactful collaborations to achieve both short-term sales objectives and long-term strategic goals. By serving as a trusted advisor to partners, you will help them unlock new opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and ultimately succeed in an ever-evolving market landscape. Key Responsibilities - Provide dedicated coverage for strategic robotics and Physical AI accounts in Japan - Partner with the existing account teams to overlay Robotics and Physical AI expertise and jointly develop new opportunities within those accounts - Position Intel as the platform of choice for Robotics and Physical AI solutions - Secure robotics design wins and build a strong pipeline for future opportunities - Influence the local robotics ecosystem - alliances, associations, and communities through training, enablement, and engagement activities - Activate the ISV and SI partner ecosystem to remove roadblocks and accelerate robotics design wins - Develop and execute comprehensive partner business plans to align with Intel's strategic objectives. -Works in country or region with partial ownership of multiple Intel lead external partners such as Distributors, Resellers, ISV, SIs, Solution Aggregators, to drive Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) program and sales activities. - Sales may be local support for accounts managed globally. Develops the partner business plan, implements partner programs, coordinates co-selling between partner and Intel's sales team, drives indirect billing and/or consumption through partners, while promoting Intel's products and services. - Builds trusted relationships with the partners to drive short term sales objectives while establishing scale via long-term strategic alignment with partners across the ecosystem. - Collaborates with product groups and other key internal stakeholders to develop and drive IPA program expansion. - Follows partner ecosystem trends and shares innovative perspectives to advance the joint business priorities and open new opportunities in the market/industry. - Supports go to market campaigns and collaborates on pre-sales and proof of concept execution, and training programs, to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or related functions. - Proficiency in partner relationship management tools and systems. - Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing partner programs and business plans. - Strong knowledge of industry trends and the partner ecosystem. - Excellent organizational and disciplined execution skills with the ability to deliver measurable results. - Business level English, Fluent Japanese Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. - Experience in driving collaborative sales efforts and co-selling strategies with partners. - Experience in Robotics, Physical AI, and related field - Insightful communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Understanding of Intel's product portfolio and its application to partner solutions. - A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on creating value and identifying new business opportunities.
