POSITION SUMMARY
【Purpose of Role】
Responsible for assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of restaurant daily operations in order to meet and exceed customer needs and business requirements; while ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.
【Cast Key Responsibilities】
1.Supervise and inspect restaurant opening and close duties.
2.Assign duties to reporting Talent and fill out station chart.
3.Demonstration Whatever/Whenever attitude when responding to guest request.
4.Assist in training needs identification and training plan development.
5.Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that service standards are followed
6.Motivate Talent to bring about excellent performance, enforce discipline as a role model of their performance.
7.Follow all company policies and procedures.
