The Lead Construction Supervisor participates in a team to oversee daily site operations,coordinate with subcontractors and manage construction staff,inspect and ensure quality of work, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays. 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Overseeing Daily Operations: Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities on the construction site to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
• Ensuring Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Managing Construction Staff: Provide leadership and direction to construction workers, including scheduling tasks and monitoring performance.
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets the project's specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinating Subcontractors: Schedule and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and the delivery of materials.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to keep them informed about project progress.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Show your expertise

• Experience in semiconductor and cleanroom environments is highly desirable.
• Mandarin is essential for effective communication on-site.
