[主な職務内容] Key Responsibilities

• 社内業務プロセスの改善機会を分析・特定する
• Windowsベースのアプリケーションおよび社内ツールを設計・開発する
• 組織全体のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）イニシアチブを支援する
• ChatGPT関連技術およびAIベースのソリューションを活用して業務効率を向上させる
• 社内チームと連携して要件を収集し、技術ソリューションを実装する
• トラブルシューティング、保守、および継続的なシステム改善活動を支援する

• Analyze and identify opportunities for internal business process improvement
• Design and develop Windows-based applications and internal tools
• Support DX (Digital Transformation) initiatives across the organization
• Utilize ChatGPT-related technologies and AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions
• Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous system improvement activities

• Windows系アプリの設計、開発経験者
• ChatGPT ナレッジシステムの活用経験者

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Outlook
• Experience in designing and developing Windows-based applications
• Experience using the ChatGPT knowledge system

• 社内業務 DX関連の課題解決経験者
• ChatGPTのナレッジ開発経験者
• VBA、Python開発経験者

• Basic knowledge of DX-related topics
