We take pride in promoting a socially responsible and sustainable future through initiatives and investment.    SUMMARY OF THE JOB: Liberty Bank is seeking a Marketing Cloud Administrator to be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, user support, and campaign operations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will ensure that our marketing team has the tools, data, and platform performance they need to execute effective campaigns while staying compliant and aligned with the best practices. You’ll serve as a hands-on technical resource to execute campaigns, preserve data integrity, and enhance platform capabilities to support business goals.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Administer and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including user roles, permissions, BU governance, and security settings Develop and maintain email templates and cloud pages Set up and manage email sends, journeys, automations, data extensions Use SQL to support advanced audience segmentation Develop personalized content using AMPscript, dynamic content rules, and audience attributes Support campaign execution by ensuring proper audience configuration, data readiness, and testing Perform ongoing data hygiene, synchronization, and contact compliance tasks (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR) Monitor platform performance, error logs, and sends to ensure consistent delivery and tracking Partner with Salesforce CRM and Data teams to support integrations with Salesforce FSC, Azure DW, and COCC Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Marketing Cloud platform Document platform configuration, campaign processes, and internal standards Provide hands-on support and training to marketing team members Participate in UAT for new campaigns and integrations Assist with building and maintaining preference centers, suppression logic, and subscription models Ensure adherence to Liberty Bank’s security, compliance and change management standards. Minimum knowledge/skills: 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration Deep experience in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio Strong proficiency in AMPscript and SQL Experience with campaign QA, test sends, and audience targeting Understanding of marketing compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience integrating Marketing Cloud Engagement with other Salesforce clouds, non-Salesforce CRM systems, and third-party applications Strong communication skills Experience in agile development and project methodology strongly preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or years of commensurate experience is required Experience in the banking industry is strongly preferred; financial services industry or a highly regulated environment is secondary. Certifications and Licenses: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification (or in progress) Other Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services, including privacy and data security policies. The ability to travel is needed to coordinate with external partners and attend industry events or training.
