AS A UNIT DIRECTOR, you will work under the supervision of the CNO, manage patient care, assure quality, and assist in the supervision of other professionals and health care workers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Previous Medical Surgical experience preferred
• Three years of supervisor experience required
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within six months
• Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director; Progressive and successful work history
