Lead - Design Management (Interior)

End to end is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution oversight of interior design for hotel and hospitality assets within the Group’s hospitality asset portfolio. This role ensures that all interior design outcomes align with brand standards, asset positioning, guest experience expectations, and the integrated project plan for newly acquired land banks and developments. The position plays a vital role in design governance, quality assurance, supplier/contractor coordination, and providing analytical inputs related to design feasibility, benchmarking, sector insights, and financial modeling.
