Job Summary
The Mitigation Foreman plays a key leadership role on the job site, ensuring mitigation plans are executed efficiently, safely, and to DRYmedic’s high standards. Working closely with the Mitigation Project Manager, this role leads crew members through daily restoration activities while serving as a hands‑on mentor, communicator, and quality advocate.
This position is ideal for an experienced restoration professional who takes pride in leading by example, understands mitigation best practices, and wants to be part of a team setting the benchmark for excellence across the DRYmedic national franchise.

Responsibilities
Support the Mitigation Project Manager with all on‑site job activities
Execute restoration action plans and production workflows
Communicate project scope, sequencing, and daily priorities to assigned crew members
Lead and work alongside team members to remove and demolish non‑salvageable materials
Supervise crew members and coordinate subcontractors or vendors on site as needed
Operate truck‑mounted extraction equipment efficiently
Perform water extraction and mitigation activities as required
Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment to ensure proper placement and performance
Utilize company software to document loss sites in partnership with the Project Manager
Capture and upload photos at key stages of each project
Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
Properly use and oversee the use of power tools and restoration equipment
Serve as a dependable on‑site leader representing DRYmedic professionalism and quality
Qualifications
Experience in emergency restoration or mitigation services
Strong understanding of mitigation workflows, equipment usage, and job sequencing
Ability to lead, train, and motivate crew members on active job sites
Clear and effective communication skills with both team members and leadership
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow scopes of work and ensure tasks are completed accurately
Comfortable using restoration software and job documentation tools
Dependable, safety‑focused, and solutions‑oriented mindset
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
