Job Description Summary
As the USCAN FP&A Analyst, you will support the analysis, reporting and planning of US & Canada (USCAN) financials focusing on cost productivity and partnering with functional leaders to improve profitability. Additionally, you will support key business processes like budgeting, forecasting and regular reporting activities. This role reports to the USCAN Executive of FP&A Operations and your insights and expertise will be instrumental in partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive financial success.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support financial analysis and reporting activities through deep understanding of both business operations and financial processes.
- Drive cost productivity by partnering with Region, Segment & Corporate teams to identify and implement cost-savings initiatives to improve overall profitability.
- Oversight over USCAN SG&A and Headcount.
- Drive adoption of standard work, automation, and digitalization of key financial reports, operational drivers, and key analysis.
- Support Monthly and Quarterly close processes through validation of the ledger and understanding and managing risks and opportunities versus budget
- Support planning and strategy discussions for total USCAN business
- Ownership of several HQ functions including program spend, headcount and investments and business partnership with senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other numeracy-based disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of financial work experience, or FMP graduate with 2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive change in complex organizations.

- Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)
- Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
- Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
