
Project Manager HR Digitalization (AI Projects)
Job Description
- Manage cross-organizational projects covering business case calculation, project setup, implementation, change management, and reporting
- Ensure project profitability, efficiency, and quality
- Generate ideas for using new technologies
- Actively shaping the transformation strategy and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
- Building strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers
- Provides technical guidance to line managers and employees
- Acts as a sparring partner for group, department and management boards; advice and support for the specialist departments
- University degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
- German & English language on high level are necessary for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the IT, consulting and/or HR environment.
- Several years of project management experience in medium-sized or larger projects, ideally as a project manager or workstream lead; PM certification(s) (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL) are welcome.
- Very high IT affinity, ideally with extensive knowledge and experience in cloud solutions, system integration, interfaces, APIs.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of digitalization and corresponding technologies used (e.g. AI, RPA, NLP, OCR, BPM etc.) as well as HR systems SAP S/4HANA and Oracle HCM is a plus
- Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking.
- Confidence and high social competence, professionalism in dealing with senior management.
- Mobile, flexible in terms of time and willing to travel on business trips.
